Reel Youth
Reel Youth is a cross city and cultural programme that invites young people and youth workers from different locations to come together through a creative film-making process.
The co-ordination and delivery of this programme is overseen by young Urban Arts and the responsibilities are shared out amoung a collective of youth workers each year.
Training and support are provided through the programme and all involved attend the premiere screening of the short films made.
In 2009, fourteen youth projects took part in the programme. The short films were on the theme of identity and screened at The Axis, Ballymun on the 26th of September. 200 people attended the screening.
